Mark is from Northern Ireland, just north of Belfast, where he was brought up in the Church and confessed Christ. In 2019 he moved to St Andrews for four years, studying biochemistry. After graduating in 2023, he decided to stay in town to do the church's Ministry Training scheme in order to devote a couple of years to studying the Bible, as well as encouraging Church members and sharing the gospel with those outside. Two of the things he enjoys doing are reading and watching rugby on TV.
